Consumers must record a brief unpacking video for returns, replacements, or refunds. Failure to provide videos will disqualify customers from refunds.
In addition to the mentioned issues, Reshipment/Refund is granted for "Missing Book" or "Wrong Book Delivered" cases, requiring an unpacking video.

For online payments, refunds match the received payment form. COD orders are refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer, requiring customer UPI ID via SMS/mail/call.
Our courier collects the "Returned Book" from the doorstep, covering return shipping costs.
Full refunds occur if the package is returned by the courier or undelivered for any reason.
Refusal to accept the order incurs a deducted shipping charge upon refund.
Incorrect contact numbers or pincodes leading to returns result in a deducted shipping charge during refund.
